Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges:

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 15 days of the delivery date.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
Custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for return or exchange unless there is a manufacturing defect.

How to Return or Exchange an Item:

Prepare Your Return:

Carefully pack the items in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during shipping.

Shipping Costs:

Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning or exchanging items. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return reaches us safely.

Processing Your Return or Exchange:

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the items to ensure they meet our return criteria.
If the return is approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
If you requested an exchange, we will ship the new items to you as soon as the returned items have been received and inspected.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
